GENTLY KISSING UNDER THE MOON
Sitting on the beach I gently groove the sand,
Waves gentle push and the moon hung low.
Suddenly fish break the foam and leap,
I watch enthralled by nature's feet.
Gulls that swoop, circle and crow,
But still I gently furrow the sand.
Miles of shimmers out or reach,
Then a vessel in the distance appears.
My wife joins me at last she was my catch,
We both watched the ripples and the gull's amorous match.
Gently kissing under the moon hung low,
To hearts muted furrowed on a starry beach.
